At SoundsLikeVinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record isn't hitting the right note, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Records

  Securely place the vinyl in its original packaging, ensuring the sleeve is protected from bends and the disc is secured to prevent warping during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item for condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
